We recommend exporting your projects as 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV files. It's crucial to ensure that both your vocal and beat files are in the same format to prevent any potential timing discrepancies.
Before exporting, align your vocal stems and instrumental/beat files within your preferred DAW. This step is essential because, despite our system's advanced processing capabilities, the AI cannot determine the correct alignment of the vocals within the track on its own.

Please be aware that any unsaved files will be purged daily after the conclusion of your project. However, if you encounter payment issues, there's no need to worry immediately. You will have a two-week grace period to resolve these issues before any deletion of your files becomes final. This grace period ensures that you have ample time to address any concerns without losing your valuable work.
Absolutely! You retain full ownership of your music at all times. Cryo Mix AI Mixing and Mastering does not claim any rights to distribute or commercialize the files that you upload. Under no circumstances will we obtain the rights to your work, ensuring that you remain in complete control of your creations.
The maximum file size allowed per upload is currently 250MB, with each file having a maximum length of 7 minutes. This limit ensures optimal processing and quality of your mixes and masters. Please ensure that your files comply with these specifications before uploading to guarantee a smooth and efficient service experience.
Currently, we offer downloads in high-quality 16-bit, 44.1kHz WAV format for your mixed vocals, mixed instrumental, track mix and final master. This industry-standard specification ensures that your music is compatible with a wide range of audio platforms and maintains professional audio quality for all your productions.
You have the flexibility to cancel your Cryo Mix subscription at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can opt out whenever you choose. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the next scheduled billing date. For instance, if you pay for a monthly subscription on August 15th and cancel on August 20th, you can continue using the service until September 14th. This policy ensures you get full value from your last payment, providing continuous service without interruption until the end of the current billing period.
