Founder & Lead Engineer
Craig McAllister - Founder
Cryo Mix was created by platinum-certified mixing and mastering engineer, Cryo (Craig McAllister), who holds a Master of Electronics & Electrical Engineering degree.
In total, Cryo has worked on tracks totaling more than 700 million streams across streaming platforms. He spent most of his electronics engineering career working at CERN, home to the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
Craig combines his deep understanding of audio engineering with cutting-edge technology to deliver professional-grade tools that make studio-quality production accessible to everyone.
Jannik Pantring - Co-founder & Growth
Jannik leads Growth & Partnerships at Cryo Mix, bringing a unique blend of marketing expertise and business acumen to the team.
Craig and Jannik met at a music concert, where their shared passion for the industry sparked an instant connection. Jannik's strategic marketing knowledge and business insight proved to be the perfect complement to Craig's technical skills.
Together, they're building a platform that bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and the creative community, making professional music production tools accessible to artists worldwide.

Adi Ranganathan - Product Lead โ Head of Growth
Adi spent his first year at Cryo Mix honing the product itself, testing, designing, and shaping the direction of both the web app and the plugin, before stepping into growth. That hands-on understanding of the product is still the foundation of how he approaches scaling it.
An 8+ year audio engineer and producer with over 30 million streams and 514 accredited production credits, Adi is also a professional jazz drummer and pianist and a two-time startup founder. Before Cryo Mix, he worked in growth and licensing at Tuttii.
At Cryo Mix, Adi leads growth end to end, from paid acquisition and creator partnerships to the B2B and distribution relationships that are bringing Cryo Mix into rooms across the industry. He is building the systems that take Cryo Mix from a great tool to the tool independent artists reach for first.
