Open the advanced settings, where you'll see an overview of the signal chain, the full set of effects and settings applied to your track. From there, save it as a new preset. Your saved presets are then listed in the presets overview, ready to reuse.
Yes. Presets carry over across all your projects, not just the one where you created them. Once saved, a preset is available anywhere you're mixing.
