Viewing Applied Effects and Adjustment History

How do I see what effects are applied to a track?

Open the advanced settings and look at the signal chain for that specific stem. It shows you exactly which effects and settings are currently applied to that track, so you can see the full picture at a glance.

Can I see a history of the changes I've made?

Yes. There's a history button in the header, available in both the mixing and mastering stages. It shows the log of adjustments made during your session, so you can track what's changed. If the history button isn't showing for you, reach out to support, since it should normally be there.
