This affiliate program is operated by Cryo Mix, Inc. Throughout this document, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Cryo Mix, Inc. Cryo Mix, Inc. offers this affiliate program, including all information, tools, and services available from this program, to you, the affiliate, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By signing up for our affiliate program and/or promoting our products, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Affiliate Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Affiliate Terms of Service apply to all users of the affiliate program.
Please read these Affiliate Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our affiliate program. By accessing or using any part of the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not sign up as an affiliate or participate in the program.
By accepting these Terms, you are appointed to promote and market Cryo Mix, Inc.'s products or services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Compensation will be paid in accordance with the details shown on your Tolt dashboard.
Payouts will be generated on a Net-30 basis. For example, commissions earned in January will be paid out on March 1st.
We reserve the right to deduct from your balance any amounts related to chargebacks, refunds, or disputes associated with your conversions.
A conversion will be counted if it occurs within a 30-day cookie period from your referral.
We will use Tolt to track affiliate conversions.
Payouts will be processed via Wise. You are required to maintain an active Wise account to receive payments.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information to us.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Self-referrals
You may not sign up for Cryo Mix, Inc. services through your own affiliate link. Doing so will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
Misleading or abusive practices
Any attempt to mislead, manipulate, or defraud us or potential customers is strictly prohibited. This includes posting fake discounts on coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any activity that violates our policies.
Competitive advertising
You are not permitted to run search engine ads (especially on our branded terms or domain names), social media ads, or any other ads that would compete with our own marketing efforts or potentially confuse customers.
Impersonation
You may not impersonate Cryo Mix, Inc. or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
You shall use your best efforts to promote and market our products or services in compliance with these terms and our promotional guidelines.
You shall not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices, including but not limited to those listed in the Prohibited Activities section.
You shall comply with all promotional guidelines provided by us.
You acknowledge that all trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to our products or services are our sole property.
You may use our intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall commence when you sign up for the affiliate program and continue until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all promotional activities related to our products or services.
You agree to keep all proprietary information of Cryo Mix, Inc. confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in performing your obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cryo Mix, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.
Your continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
We will provide you with access to reports detailing your conversions and earnings.
You are responsible for reviewing these reports and notifying us of any discrepancies within 5 business days of the report being made available.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earnings from this affiliate program.
Our liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
