1. How to Chat

Look for the chat bubble icon in the bottom corner of Cryo Mix.

• Click to open: Start a conversation instantly.
• Real humans: Nova handles the AI mixing – the chat is staffed by real people who work with music and audio every day.

2. What can I use this for?

There are two main ways to use the chat:

a) Tech Support

Examples:

• “My upload failed.”
• “How do I cancel my subscription?”
• “I found a bug in the waveform display.”

👉 We’ll troubleshoot the issue and get you back to mixing ASAP.

b) Mix Mentor (Creative Feedback)

Examples:

• “Does this vocal sound too loud to you?”
• “I’m trying to get a Drake-type sound but I can’t find the right prompt.”

👉 Treat us like your studio buddy. Send us a screenshot, a short description of your goal, or your settings, and we’ll guide you towards the right approach, settings or presets.

(Advanced questions welcome too – gain staging, headroom, mix balance, you name it.)

3. Response Times

We try to answer messages as fast as possible.

• If we’re online, we’ll usually reply right away.
• If we’re offline (sleeping or making music ourselves), leave a message and we’ll email you back as soon as we see it.
