How to Export and Download Your Mix, Master, and Stems
Learn how to download your mixed stems, full mix, or mastered track. Exporting requires an active subscription.
The download option appears at the end of the mastering stage. Once your project has finished processing, you'll see a Download button there.
From that button you can export three things:
- Mixed stems, each track processed separately
- Full mix, everything combined into one mixed file without the master
- Mastered project, the final mixed and mastered version
If you only want the mix and not the master, choose the full mix option.
Do I need a subscription to download?
Yes. Downloading is a subscriber feature. You need an active subscription to export anything, whether that's stems, the mix, or the master. On the free plan you can upload, process, and preview your project, but you cannot download your files until you subscribe.
Will my download still have the watermark?
Previews include the Cryo Mix audio watermark by default. Once you subscribe, Cryo Mix detects your active plan and lets you reprocess your tracks to produce a clean, watermark-free download.
If I leave to read this, will I lose my project?
No. Your project saves automatically, so opening the help center or closing the tab won't affect your progress. Everything will be waiting when you come back.
